Marie Galante: GOAL, Girls On Another Level, is a personal training style workout program on a larger scale. Marie combines total body mobility, cardiovascular endurance, resistance training and flexibility to give a complete body sculpting workout. It doesn't end at fitness. Marie also invites her group to get connected and to do life together. When we live in a community incredible things can happen. We work hard, sweat, laugh, share life, and have fun!
Marie Galante was inspired by friends and clients to start GOAL. Her vision came after repeatedly hearing her female clients speak of their enjoyment and fulfillment when exercising in partners or groups. They felt connected, accountable, seen and affirmed. These needs are met with GOAL.
When speaking of GOAL Marie said, “I was thinking that GOAL was inspired by these amazing women who wanted to connect beyond exercise. I thought it would be awesome if they could all work out together and meet afterwards for coffee, lunch, volunteer, etc. It would be a program that provided a trusted network of connections that would motivate, inspire, encourage, and support each other based on a fitness foundation that offers a healthy lifestyle.”
Jackie Bader: After teaching Zumba for over 5 years, I love it more than ever. Dancing is the best stress reliever--losing myself in the music and movements is the best feeling! I am truly passionate about Zumba as a non-traditional option for cardiovascular exercise! I aim to keep my classes fun with great music because Zumba truly is exercise in disguise!
Lisa Suazo: Lisa Suazo is your go-to woman for all things health and body love. As a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Lisa’s mission is to empower and inspire women to profoundly shift the way they view health and their bodies. As a former NFL cheerleader who suffered with body image challenges and "disordered eating", Lisa is now passionate about helping women to find body love and self love and create true health from the inside out! Lisa coaches women on a holistic, lifestyle approach to health that includes proper food education and nutrition, caring for the mind and soul as well as the body, and ditching the diet mentality for good!
Missi Holt: For the past 14 years, my journey as a Fitness and Nutrition Therapist has developed right along side my own personal journey to health and wholeness.
This first hand experience, coupled with my years of schooling, and a love of learning has allowed me to create a unique approach to health and fitness. Using exercise and nutrition as the tangible avenues for change I work with clients who are ready to experience profound personal growth, freedom from diet dogma, superior fitness and vibrant health on all levels.
Through my private and group coaching programs, I help clients identify & become aware of the destructive behavior patterns in their life – from demeaning thoughts and damaging language to behaviors that keep them feeling stuck. By building awareness in these areas we can discern the path they are ready to take and implement personalized tools that will help them create the lifestyle they want to live. I'm passionate about helping others achieve their potential as they build a more loving relationship with themselves that empowers them to become the expert of their own life!
Dr Missy Albrecht: Based in Denver, CO, Invincible LLC was founded by Dr. Missy Albrecht in 2014. Dr. Missy is a Doctor of physical therapy that works with active people of all abilities, primarily out of Denver Sports Recovery and Project Move. Dr. Missy empowers her Invincible clients to take responsibility for their own health and recovery by working together to create a plan that clients can work on at home. Dr. Missy believes in the connection between nutrition and movement, and she works with nutrition specialists to give her patients collaborative treatment. She specializes in visceral mobilization, a unique way of moving the organs of the abdomen to address the missing link between pain, movement and digestion. Invincible provides one-on-one, quality treatment, as well as group workshops, to promote better movement and a healthier life.
Meryl Meranski: Meryl began practicing Bikram Yoga in 2005 as a way to experience better balance of her college life in an appropriate, and approachable way. As a former dancer, Meryl was initially drawn to yoga by the fluidity of the movements, and of course, the physical benefits she began to see in her body. Throughout the past decade, as her life experienced great change, Meryl always found herself coming back to her mat for the solace and mindfulness that different types of yoga provided. In March 2015, Meryl completed her 200-hour Power Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training. Meryl's teaching style reflects her general approach to life: equal parts compassion, humor, and pragmatism. By teaching yoga, she hopes to share this outlet with others as a way to improve their own lives.

April Garton has been teaching in the Group Fitness Industry since Jane Fonda made spandex popular! She’s certified AFAA Group Fitness instruction, NASM, Schwinn Cycling, & Kettlebell Concepts. Previous to her fitness career, she has 15 years of dance experience teaching jazz, tap, and musical theatre expression. April helps you discover a synergistic approach to body awareness and exercise-a powerhouse of enthusiasm she creates an environment of electric energy, hardcore sweat, and results!
